There are always a bunch of projects underway in the studio. Not all of it is art...A clean studio is an unused studio right?
Jade is my passion and is my favorite medium with which to work. I am inspired by many things, including Maori cultural designs.
I love all types of wood, as well as making art and furniture. And tools. I love tools.
I like to build all sorts of things - from remodeling to full on construction. I build cabinets, do framing and finish carpentry, decks and screened porches, and do a variety of tile and stone work. I love to work with repurposed and local materials, and get great satisfaction in giving new life to old stuff.

I am a UI and Web Designer by day - which is the design part of nalu studio and design. I work on a variety of projects from website and SharePoint design to branding, graphic design consulting, site management, administration, support, and migrations. I am fairly solid in Adobe Suite, Basalmiq, and front end development. I am also a big fan of Material Design. I am learning new tools and techniques all the time. Having the right tool can make all the difference.
